Help me out. I’m stressed so bad rn

First of all, my period is a couple days late. I had sex on Friday, unprotected, but he didn’t ejaculate anywhere near me.

And before Friday, it has been a month. I have no symptoms of early pregnancy but I’m young and terrified. Could you help me out, give me some advice?

Second of all, I have my IUD getting put in on Wednesday. I’m terrified because TikTok has been saying it hurts so bad. I’m not very susceptible to pain though. I’m going to take an Advil extra strength before I go as well.
