I got inflamed tonsils from giving a bj

I was hooking up with someone and I gave him a blowjob. He was a little tough-and his penis went literally to the back of my throat between my tonsils. I did gag a little but I paraded through until he came (not in my mouth). The night before we had sex and we used a condom but though that it tore so so I took a plan b the next day. And then the night of the rough bj, I didn’t plan on having sex but he was inside me within one move and he thrusted like four time and only got off when I told him, but he was rough in that as well.

This was at like 3-4 am so when I was going to the gym the same day around 3-4 pm, I stayed for 30 min out of my usual 2 hrs sessions because I started feel dizzy and nauseous, and my throat was hurting a bit. I got the second plan b around 4:30 pm and decide to get some hot noodles and soup for food.

Over time my tonsils became inflamed (both of them), and now one is inflamed (the right side) and has white dots on it a little bit.

It became difficult to breathe and then my whole body became sore and I got light headed and all that. I went to sleep around 11, and noticed that my right inner thigh area was hurting a lot to the point I cried a little bit. Or I was emotional idk-also I took Advil twice by now for the pain. I went to bed and sweated so much during the night and had to change the pillows and blankets twice.

This morning I called the do. But they don’t open til 9, I’ve called out of work for the day and ordered a thermometer and some ginger ale.

Do you want think it’s the plan b saying fuck you to my body or it could be something else? Also I’ve been trying to get in touch with the guy but he isn’t responding.
