Help!!

Hi Ladies!!

I miscarried last year in May at 10 weeks and after 7 months of trying, got a positive on pregnancy test on 14th of April. My LMP is 15/03/21 and ovulated on 31st of March. I am roughly 5w4d today and my doc called me for an early scan. She just saw a gestational sac and told me come after 15 days. My hcg level is 1628. What you guys think about this? I just want this one to stick🤞🏻
