Period+Birth Control(combination pill)

I recently started the pill(Junel Fe), last Wednesday. Before I started BC, I would be getting my period this week. I have a few telltale signs that my period is on the way, usually, and I’m feeling those signs right now. Is this normal?

If I do end up starting my period while still on the active pill, what do I do?

I’m not sure if i’m gonna get it before placebo week, but I just want to know what to do if this happens and if it has happened to anyone else when they started the pill.
