High fever

Thought my LO had allergies but he had a bit of a high fever tonight. Runny nose, slight cough, puffy eyes. Gave him some Tylenol hoping that helps. But he also has a bottom canine coming in. Should I take him in tomorrow morning? He was acting 100% fine today..
