Combination Pill

So my coworker and I were talking about birth control and I was saying how I am very diligent about taking mine at the same exact time every day (within the hour at most). But she told me her dr said with combo pills you really don’t need to take it the same time every day, it’s just better to form the habit. I’m on Junel Fe which is a combo but I always have heard to take it the same time every day for it to be effective so I was just confused!! I’ll still probably take it at the same time either way but maybe if this is true I can be less stressed out if I accidentally take it an hour late? Let me know what you guys think! Thank you :)
