Can pco-s disappear?

So.. i was diagnosed with pcos in my 20’s when me and my husband tried to make a baby. I had my period maybe 2 times a year. We got two beautiful baby boys by the grace of medical assistance that are now 12 & 6. 🙏🏻 after so many tears and miscarriages. And no ovulation what so ever...

Now I’m 40 and since two years back my period is on point EVERY month and I can feel that I am ovulating. Today a took a positive test for ov. This is crazy! Am I not supposed to almost head to menopause?
