Gonal-F + IUI experiences?

I got diagnosed with endometriosis after laparoscopy at the end of Jan 2021. I was on Lupron for 2.5 months and started Gonal-F last week.

They started me off Gonal at 150IU day 1-4.

Went in to ultrasound Day 5 and I got a lot of follicles like 15 on each side, mostly 0.4-0.5, and 3 in 0.7-0.8 range.

So they lowered Gonal to 75IU day 5-8 and added small amount of hCG to try and hope it grows & conditions the 3 bigger ones.m and not many more of the small ones.

Tmrw (Day 9) I go back for ultrasound. I’m afraid there will be too many follicles and they have to cancel the

IUI

Any of you had success with Gonal +

Update: day 9 ultrasound found a lot of potential follicles. 3@ 1.5, 4@1.4, 3@1.3 and about 20+ smaller ones. Doctor told me to stop all injection and come back tmrw for another ultrasound. He has not expected this many. He now knows not to give too much Gonal-F to me in my future cycles if any. Hope this cycle doesn’t go to waste 🙏🏼🙏🏼 hoping just those largest ones continue to grow 😢
