Off bc pills

I’m about 4 months birth control and I have had like two head aches since. I used to have them like everyday on birth control. But in exchange to go off it along came acne and crazy cycles. I bled a few days barely anything and then off a few days and now I’m back to bleeding. I hate how there isn’t a time line anymore.

Idk if I should go back on it or just deal with it.

I’m 29 married for 7 years with a 6,5,4,2 yr old.
