abdominal cramps ?

hi yall. i’m on the combo pill, tri-sprintec. i just got put on an antibiotic pill and i’ve been using condoms while having sex. however, i’m getting stomach cramps on and off from time to time and i’m not sure if it’s from the pill or the antibiotic.

i still have a week left of hormonal pills before i start my sugar pills...should i worry about the stomach cramps i’m experiencing ?? i haven’t missed a pill and i’ve been using condoms with no issues.

should i take a test ?
