Blood Pooled on Stomach / Red - Normal?

Good morning! I just wanted to make sure this was normal too? 😅 I was sleeping on my left side, so my uterus was slightly left of center when I woke up. But as you can see from photo, it’s almost as if blood pooled to the surface of my skin in that area? Is this a circulation issue, or again, a normal thing in pregnancy? This photo is top down... you can see sort of the half moon shape of the blood pooling (if that’s what it is)?
