Period late by 8 days 🧐😳

So my period is late for about 8 days now , I decided to take a first response which showed up with a faint line , it wasn’t an indent as it wasn’t there before and showed up within the 1 minute Mark.

That’s somewhat of the good news but I have a few questions

I’m still late on my period and I’ve been feeling light cramping not like full on period cramps for the last day and sore nipples .

Now I noticed that I have a lot more cervical mucus down there after those pains . I don’t know what to think or do lol I’ll post a pic below of my pregnancy test I took earlier today
