What the hell???

Ok so I went to planned parenthood a while ago to get checked for any STDs after having unprotected sex. They barley called me to tell me “ have you gotten treated for your gonorrhea? “ uhm no I haven’t ?? So I went in to be treated. Now come to find out they may have gotten my test results mixed up with another patient and I possibly didn’t have a std .. and they put in my chart NEGATIVE. What the hell is going on ..
