Nipple piercings

Ok so about 3 years ago i got my nipples pierced and i’ve never had a problem. this past week my nipples became SUPER sensitive and even painful kind of like a burning sensation mixed with shooting pain that would come and go. I ended up taking them out today because i got scared it was infected. As I was checking them out because they were burning, as i was moving around my boob this big bump kind of pushed out. i don’t really know how to explain it but my bf saw it too and we both kind of looked at eachother like 😨 lmaoo. Like my boob literally looked deformed and just had a huge lump right next to my nipple. when i poked it it wasn’t hard just kind of felt like fluid? has anybody else ever experienced this? the piercing holes don’t look infected or anything, i’m not going to post a picture because i’m only 17 but it was honestly really weird because i’ve never had problems with them until now.
