What kind of wet food do you feed your cats?

My cat has a UTI. We’re treating it with antibiotics and I’m starting to wonder if her wet food could be causing some issues. She loves eating it though so seeing if anyone has any brand suggestions 🙏 I’d post in the fur baby group but it’s kind of dry over there sometimes and I really need help! Thanks!!

i have a cat with FLUTD and he use to get UTIs frequently, we feed him (and our other cat without tract problems) iAMS urinary tract health and we put chicken broth in it during their dinner meals

My cats eat the healthy gourmet or the tasteful w/ gravy from blue Buffalo. I found that my kitties like the flaked better than the pate for some reason. I had to switch them away from dry food because I have one cat that overeats and he had to lose weight.
