SOS What is this and what should I use?

Question

They're just smaller bumps on my face, like inner and outer cheeks.
I think the outside bumps may be from my pillowcase??
I don't know what the name of this kind of acne is and I can't just look up "clogged pore cleanser" 😅
They're not red or anything, and really don't bother me until one occasionally develops into a pimple. They're really just small little bumps that when squeezed it looks like a normal pore clogging.
Any certain name and any recommendations? Please help! ❤

Benzoyl peroxide might help smooth out the bumps. Adult acne is common, I didn’t start breaking out until I was in my 20s. Just use a pea or dime sized amount and you might want to also get a spot treatment or acne patches for the occasional pimples. Hope this helps, good luck!

I think this is either an allergic reaction to fragrance on your clothing or sheets, or these are closed comedones. 
A salicylic acid product or benzoyl peroxide can be beneficial if it is the second. 
Otherwise, I’d say use a gentle cleanser for now and try to use fragrance free products & detergent.

You can use moisturising lotion or B5 two times daily and go to do laser treatment.

They are called comedones. This chemical exfoliant helps, but they are stubborn little suckers.

Those are called milia. I have developed quite a few over the past year, and they make me crazy! Thankfully I've gotten rid of a few of them with Lactic Acid. I like and use this one. You're also going to wanna use a Retinol product. I use Cerave's Resurfacing Retinol serum in the morning and The Ordinary's Lactic Acid at night. Good luck! :)
