Why do I keep getting spotting? 10 weeks

Freaking out. Why do I keep getting this in pregnancy?

I am 10 weeks. The last few days I have had this every day but only usually once a day 🙁 worries me so much. My dr knows and she said to only worry if I have cramping and lots of blood. But now I am getting it more often. Seriously stressing out. I have rectocele but not sure if that would be causing bleeding.

I’ve had 3 ultrasounds and baby has been fine. Also used my Doppler last night and found baby’s heart beat!
