i’m bleeding a week after i got my period and idk what it means i’ve always had a regular cycle

How long have you had your period for? In my first year or so of dealing with it I'd often bleed a couple of times in the same month because my cycle simply wasn't sorted out right. It was literally all over the place, silver lining it did settle down after that. Or if you've switched BC recently that could be affecting it.
