Anyone 5 days late, negative tests?

Anyone experienced this? If so, did you end up getting a positive, or just getting your period late? Chemical pregnancy?

TTC #2. I used to be like clockwork, easily tracked cycles and became pregnant after 1-2 months with #1 at age 33, but things are different at age 38 I guess. Have had plenty of opps to conceive this month but I'm really stumped why I'm so late along with getting BFNs. I almost never used to be late, and it'd be 1-2 days max on the rare occasion. Is there any possibility of pregnancy, do you think, or just some other weird thing going on?
