Post sex cramping

I’m 13 weeks today. I have my next apt on Wednesday. For some background, I had light brown spotting in weeks 5, 6, and 8 - I’ve been okay since. We saw the baby and HB at 8.5 weeks. The doctor said to make sure I’m on pelvic rest for at least two weeks before beginning activity again. My husband and I had sex this morning for the first time since the beginning of pregnancy. I have literally been cramping ALL day! I can’t find anywhere online or in these forums that says this is normal. It’s almost been 12 hours.

Has anyone cramped for so long after sex?
