I need some help !

So I went in about 2 weeks ago to get an mri done for some back pain that I’ve been dealing with for about 3 months and they had found that I had an abnormal about of tissue in my uterus amd today I went in to get a transvaginal ultrasound and this is what was found. Has anyone had anything similar ? What does it mean I’m hoping to talk to my doctor tomorrow but wanted to know if anyone had anything similar that could give me a piece of mind
