Frustrated-why can’t I get pregnant?

I did everything they said to ensure That everything was good. No blocked tubes, uterus looks good, follicles are good, ovaries are good, I guess eggs are a plenty as they told me. Had a laparoscopic endometriosis surgery and they said they only found a small few tissue here and there, but nothing severe and dyed my tubes and said they’re free flowing.

So, why can’t I get pregnant? I’m so tired and upset. I’m trying IUI, so maybe? Second cycle of that is coming...

Anyone else have opinions or same thing?
