Allergies or covid?

So I never used to suffer from seasonal

Allergies but I’m pretty sure I’ve developed hay fever or something along the lines of that as my nose has been extremely stuffy, eyes almost swollen shut and I can’t stop sneezing. I also have a dry cough and itchy throat. I can’t tell if I should be worried about covid or if I should just assume I have allergies. My biggest question is, do I go into work tomorrow and assume it’s just allergies or do I call it safe and phone in? The issue is I’ve had to phone in a few times in the past couple of months as any cough or sore throat calls for a covid test here. I also work in a hospital so we have to be done extremely careful. I’d just hate to phone in and have it just be allergies, although I definitely feel like shit, I can hardly see since my eyes are so swollen and my nose will not stop running which is driving me insane. I also feel extremely congested.
