If that makes sense? Iv had panic attacks and bad anxiety. I can't rmemebr my past or memories. The birth of my kids or my babyshowers. Its gotten. So bad. I can't remember so much things. I had a doctors visit today. My friends know alot of things about me that I forgot they think I repressed alot of stuff.
Are u suppose to remember things in i.ages n videos?

Panic attacks and anxiety are two things that can actually cause you to not remember things. The reason why is because you’re so focused on the anxiety or the panic attack or trying to feel ok, that you don’t remember details of what’s going on around you or what you’re doing, etc. Stress can also cause this. Honestly there are so many other things that can cause it as well, Everything from dehydration to drug use to depression to thyroid imbalance and hundred other things in between.

Yup sounds like repression. I have the same thing when it comes to my childhood, I barely remember anything.
