Discharge changes?

Recently my discharge has become a yellow colour and after masterbation I can smell a fishy smell. I haven’t had sex in over a year and have taken sti/std tests and also been tested for bv and all came back neg, I get shooting pains in the pelvic area. Has anyone experienced this? The smell only comes when I go down there (I don’t use toys) if so what was it? I have read things online a few saying BV, trich. I am making an appointment at my doctors ASAP but I was wondering if anyone can give some insight maybe?
