Is my toddler sleeping too much?

So my 18 month old has been sleeping a lot the past few days. Like last night he was out by 745. He didn’t wake this morning until 930 am. Then he was so irritable by 1230 when I tried feeding him lunch so I gave up because he wouldn’t eat and was just screaming and throwing things. I tried getting him to est but he just wouldn’t. He nursed for all of 3 minutes and was out by 105. It’s now 330 and he’s still asleep. Is he sleeping too much? He’s otherwise happy and full of energy, I mean fullllll of it. It just seems like a lot!
