Did you do anything this week you’re proud of

For me, I’ve gone to bed earlier and have been reaching 7-8 hours! I’ve started lifting weights and taught myself what reps and sets are! Been nourishing my body too and trusting the process. Started planning for my future self and enjoying the moment. Oh and have been consistent with my vitamins even if I have to pack a little to go bag before running Errands or just being out for the day so I’m all set
