Hubby: *rolls eyes * “You need to be a big girl and tough through this. Just get over it, you’re fine. And I’m too busy to watch her, I have things to do” *continues to scroll through Facebook *

First of all, you shouldn’t have to ask a grown man to “watch” his own child. 
This is just me but if my husband ever said some crazy mess like that I’d be out the door. If I gotta be a single mom anyways then what I need you for?

Does he know that what you are experiencing is actually a very serious condition?  Here's some quick info for him:

Also, just go lay down.  You don't need his permission.  And he's not a friend or relative that you're asking to babysit. 
He can be responsible for his own child for a bit while you get some rest/ relief. 
After all did he ask you to watch the baby while he was on the computer?  No, you just did it because you're a parent.
