Hi! My 2 year old often breaks out in these and they calm down in the bath. We keep our house clean, no new detergents. It happens fast and randomly. He was in the kitchen and it showed up within seconds. He gets them on his back face and arms too sometimes . We took him to the doctor and they said seasonal allergies ..
