Is this a yeast infection??

Okay so, I had a yeast infection a few months ago and it took me awhile to realize what it was. It got really bad and the discharge was super thick, Monistat cleared it up pretty quickly. I got it right after taking penicillin pills for about a week or two due to illness. Now, for the past 3ish days i’ve been having itching like crazy just like before, but the discharge isn’t near as thick. Also, I just finished taking Penicillin pills I was prescribed yet again because I completely forgot that they caused me to get a yeast infection before. Even though my discharge is thinner, can it still be a yeast infection? It’s so painful and I really want to treat it ASAP, especially because I know exactly what it’s like to leave it untreated for a little too long. Should I go ahead and do Monistat again? Have any of you experienced this before? (Sidenote: i’ll make sure I ask for a different antibiotic next time. Penicillin’s obviously not my friend🙃🙃)
