Anterior placenta?

Any other mummas with an Anterior placenta? This is my 5th baby and the first time I’ve had it placed this way and I’m freaking out a little 
Am I more likely to need a c-section? I’ve been reading so many different things and I’ve heard labour is worse and can be longer as baby generally ends up back to back

Nope. It's the same as a posterior placenta except you feel baby a little later. Nothing to worry about. I had a normal unmedicated vaginal birth.

I had one as well and the only difference is that you feel the baby a little later and not that intense.
About labor... my water broke at 2 am ... my contractions started at 7 am (irregular) and picked up and got regular by 1 pm and i had my son at 8pm .

No, you won’t necessarily need a CSection. It does increase the chance of baby being sunny side up but with my second (anterior placenta and sunny side up), my OB was not concerned at all about her flipping. She said as I had a previous successful vaginal delivery, there is little chance that she will be “stuck”. She said many flip during delivery (which my daughter did) and some are born sunny side up. She did tell me that if she was my first baby, the risk of needing a CS would be higher. I have an anterior placenta this time, too. I’ll be induced at 37 weeks and same thing, OB not concerned about it at all.

Anterior placenta is nothing to worry about. It just means you're more likely to feel babe move later in the pregnancy.

I had it with my first, 
And I was able to have a vaginal delivery! 
The only thing that made it hard was feeling baby move, I didn’t feel her move till about 23 weeks, and then even as she got bigger depending on how she was lying I couldn’t feel her. 
My daughter was born sunny side up, 
My water broke 830 am on June 30, no contractions went in to get checked at about 3pm and then sent me home to get packed. Got induced at about 930pm. And my daughter was born after 45 mins of pushing at 430am July 1. 
It’ll be ok!!!
