Am i ovulating?

I had an hsg test on cycle day 8. I usually ovulated on day 14 or 15 every month. My cycle is usually 30-31 days. I’m on cycle day 18 and still no ovulation according to clear blue advanced. The lines look like it would be positive but the screen is giving me a blank circle which means low fertility. Anyone here had an hsg and it delayed your ovulation? Could my test be wrong? Any advice would be so helpful. Going on 13 months of ttc for baby 2. I got pregnant naturally with baby number 1 after 3 months of ttc so I’m still hopeful that baby 2 may happen naturally too!
