Is this logical to ask of a possible new partner??

I am meeting new people online. I’m not on tinder I’m actually just getting messages from guys on social media and there’s a few that I’ve liked. Here’s what happens. We talk for like a day and the guy wants to go on a date.

I don’t wanna do that, I wanna talk for a couple days and then go on a date later on and I feel like I’m too slow for people.

It gives me a lot of anxiety to just meet up with someone I’d rather take my time talking to them for a minute and then seeing them in person so the whole date is more comfortable? If that makes sense? I have social anxiety so that doesn’t help. Everyone moves so fast these days and it would be literally amazing if someone just let me go at my own pace.

They also all know I’m looking for something serious. I put everything out there right off the bat that I’m literally looking for a life partner. Not for sex or to waste time.
