i had sex with a guy idk a few days ago let’s say tuesday

so tuesday night we have sex with a condom that didn’t break. i did give him head though with no condom.

so wednesday he says he has groin pain.

thursday says he couldn’t pee all day.

is this std symptoms? and doesn’t std symptoms take a while to present themselves???

he’s making it seem like i’m a dirty person but i think he’s just overreacting
