Odd Birth control incident?

In March I had my Nexplanon taken out and got the depo shot that same appointment. I stopped breastfeeding my son in January before all this, my milk supply was low and I was basically dried up. Tonight in the shower I noticed I'm leaking colostrum. Which only happened when I was pregnant. Husband and I aren't very physical, especially with a co-sleeping toddler. I did some research and read depo shots can sometimes cause colostrum to leak? Has anyone else experienced this? Am I likely pregnant? I'm lost. I'm planning on buying a test tomorrow.
