Miscarriages

I just had my second miscarriage, my husband and I have been TTC for a little over 2 years now. My doctor told me they can’t do anything until I have had three miscarriages (which I feel is horrible), I really want to keep trying but I’m so scared of having another miscarriage. Is there anyone that has had 2 miscarriages and then had success with a healthy baby? Is there anything I can do to help with not having a miscarriage if we try again?
