Husband yelled at me

I just had our baby a week ago at 33 weeks. Baby girls in the nicu. Both husband and I are incredibly stressed. On our way home from visiting her yesterday I accidentally knocked over my water and it spilled in the car and husband yelled at me. “Wow are you really that stupid” things along those lines...

Since then I’ve been crying on and off and feeling really sad 😔 he apologized endlessly to me yesterday and I forgive him but I’m just really sad. I don’t know how to snap out of it.
