Potential miscarriage? Help!

Back story:

I had a tubal reversal 10/22/20

I had an HSG February 2021

I period ended on 05/03/21

I began to spot on 05/06/21 (still spotting now..)

It was weird. But it was light so I didn’t think much of it. I noticed it would be a little more after hubby & I bd.

So this morning I decided to go ahead and take a pregnancy test.... low and behold.... it came out POSITIVE💕❤️🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

But I’m worried because I’m still spotting! I’m going to er in a little bit. But just wanted to hear if any of you ladies have experienced anything similar!!! I posted pics below!!! Sorry for the TMI😬
