Discipline

What are some things you guys do to discipline or control your LO behavior? My daughter is out of control and completely spoiled. She knows that she can get away with things sometimes and she takes it for granted. She touches things she knows she’s not supposed to (looks right at me) & when I tell her no or stop she thinks it’s funny or just doesn’t listen. She throws food down & when I ask her to pick it up she says no, pulling the dogs tail, playing in the dogs bowls. I’ve tried the talking to her and giving her other things to do, but it doesn’t work. She’s firm with everything but idk maybe I have to be more firm. I’m getting frustrated but I know I have to better my parenting.
