Wearable heating pads
I get pretty gnarly menstral cramps and I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with portable heating pads. I'm on my feet for 8+ hours a day at work and a heating pad really helps when I'm at home. I just cant take it to work with me. Any recommendations and experiences are welcome. Thanks.
