High blood pressure

Currently 26weeks 4days. My last prenatal my bp was boarder line high the nurse said. The doctor suggested I check it at home. I just checked it after supper it was 135/90 pulse 98.

Have been noticing my feet and ankles swollen.

When I went to go get undressed and into pjs noticed my legs were swollen also along with feet and ankles. Also they had white blotches all over them.

Just sat down on couch with feet up and iced to try and help.

Checked bp again. 126/83 P103

What should I do?
