Sore boobs before a BFP

Has anyone had sore boobs before a BFP? I'm 7 days past ovulation and my boobs have been very heavy feeling and sore for a few days, like when I was pregnant the first time (I was already breast feeding when I head my second pregnancy, so I don't remember). I don't get sore boobs otherwise. We weren't quite trying and I thought we did it 2-3 days after ovulation, but it was probably the next day after I did some reconfiguring. I just thought sore boobs would happen a bit later when hcg would be high enough to detect. Obviously, there could be many other reasons.
