PLEASE HELP -Low Amniotic Fluid

I’m almost 17 weeks pregnant and was told last week that I have really low amniotic fluid. The tech that did the ultrasound made me very nervous and said my doctor would be able to tell me what could happen. I left there a nervous wreck and haven’t slept thinking about this. I also did the HORRIBLE mistake of Googling and now I’m terrified. I have been drinking an insane amount of water since that visit in hopes it’ll help. Has anyone gone through this and can provide some words of inspiration?

My anatomy scan is this upcoming Monday and I am anxiously counting down the days! 😩 😭
