Is this normal?

5 weeks 1 day today and had this a couple of times when wiping after going to the toilet and have been slightly crampy on and off all day. I’ve had 4 miscarriages before so I’m full of anxiety/worry!

But in all honestly I have been cramping on and off since 10DPO. Just wondered if anyone else had this? Having an early scan at 6 weeks next week I’m so scared but trying to keep calm the best I can.
