17 weeks

So I went to the bathroom the other night and had blood in the toilet; scariest thing i had ever seen. I also had to get a cervical cerclage placed last month in April at 13 weeks. Went to the ER; everything looked great, baby girls heart beat is strong, cerclage is still in place and nothing looked out of the ordinary. Well now 2 days later I still have brown, coffee grounds pretty much when I wipe. Doctor just said to stay off feet and don’t do any straining activities, but that’s also hard because I already have a 3 year old daughter... has anyone else experienced this???!
