TTC with PCOS

So I was just told by my endo that I may have PCOS. My husband and I have been trying for about 6 months now, and my gyno recommended I get my thyroid levels checked. I have numerous cysts and nodules on my thyroid, yet my endo still suspects PCOS. I don’t have many other symptoms, but my period is fairly regular (fluctuates between a 28 and 42 day cycle) and I ovulate every month according to my OPKs. I’m so frustrated and scared and just need some support and maybe some tips? Anybody else going/gone through this? Sending baby dust and good thoughts to you all ❤️
