help!!

so my boyfriend and i have been getting more intimate and prior to him I was in a year long relationship where I was sa multiple times and another where I kinda just was doing it blindly if that makes sense so now I always struggle when it comes to allowing anyone to touch me and usually settle with pleasing them because of it

but I feel like we communicate and listen to each other well so it has been easier for me to open up and trust him and want to be intimate and close but I also feel like since I have never let anyone touch me I’m kinda bad at communicating how I like it.

he’s good at making me feel good but i sometimes I just feel like I can’t put it in the correct words does any one have any tips on how they communicate efficiently ?
