Cramps After an Orgasm?

Hi ladies, so last night I had a wet dream and usually I have an orgasm from my dream and they are the beessttt!! However, last night I had one and I orgasmed but then I had this horrible pain in my stomach as if I was getting cramps and starting my period. Now take note, I haven’t had my period in a few years because I’m taking birth control for my endometriosis so I found it weird that I would be getting cramps if I don’t even get my period. Have any of you girls ever experienced this cramping right after an orgasm?
