what should i do about my best friend??

ok so my best friend doesn’t have any parents, she has no family or anyone but we have our own apartment together. she’s been acting so different, she won’t tell me everything that’s going on. i’m getting more information from the guy she likes than her. so she told the guy that she blacked out and fainted and then later that night at 2am she went to the hospital. i’m so confused why she won’t tell me anything. and then she posted her smoking weed and she never does this.

i don’t know what she’s doing

we are both 21 and i know we are both adults and i should let her do her own thing but i’m worried

i don’t know why she went to the hospital

she has been avoiding me for a whole week and we live together

i haven’t seen her in so long

and then she just texted me “please don’t ask me any questions or anything”

so i’ll see her tonight but i can’t ask her or talk about the things that’s ben happening

i have no idea what’s going on with her and i don’t know what to do
