I found this in my husband’s pant pocket. What is it?

I looked it up and it said something about infertility? We have a nine month old and are not trying to conceive right now or any time soon and have never had trouble getting pregnant in the past.

Any other explanation? Yes, I will ask him myself. He’s out of town for work for a couple days and I’ll ask him when he returns. But wanted to see if you all knew what this is

UPDATE: wow I didn’t expect so many people to respond and want an update lol.

So I confronted him about it. He said he had been feeling bad and went to the doctor to find he had low testosterone. He said he could get shots but it would effect his fertility and since we’re not done having kids he didn’t want that and this was the other option that won’t effect fertility.

I asked him why he didn’t just tell me. He said he was embarrassed because “having low testosterone makes him lesser of a man.” He’s a macho kind of guy, lol.. mr. Manly who is always trying to be tough, so I can definitely see this as hurting his ego and wanting to keep it private
